I was born and raised in North of Tuscany, in a unique corner where Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, and Tuscany meet. Part of my family comes from a area near Venice, so my culinary roots are deeply woven into the diverse traditions of northern and central Italy.

I grew up watching my grandmothers knead dough, shape gnocchi, and stir polenta. I was always by their side, helping out—and that’s where my love for food began. Over the years, I’ve mastered a wide range of cooking techniques, from sous vide to modernist cuisine, driven by a constant desire to learn and innovate.

My mission is simple: to seek out the finest ingredients and bring out their best, whether I’m making fresh tagliatelle or prepping meals for the week. What I offer is a truly authentic Italian experience—rooted in tradition, elevated by technique, and always made with heart.
